For a builder, we know it is about the structure, and NOT the furniture & decor…

…BUT, the furniture and decor is a huge “warming” element for the image that brings in the “human factor” and helps to communicate the livability of the space. And, it’s great when there are stylish & tasteful furnishings that adorn the Builder’s creation…but sometimes we just don’t have that luxury. Ergo, enter: “Virtual Staging.” 3D created furnishings to finish the image when a furnished setting is just not an option. There are a number of companies that advertise this service; however, so far in my research I have only found two that I choose to work with for high quality, photo-realistic results, and that can match the high output resolution of my camera sensor.
